I den forbindelse kan vi behandle lydoptagelser, transskriptioner og AI-genererede udkast til journalnotater. Disse oplysninger kan indeholde helbredsoplysninger og andre oplysninger, der fremkommer under konsultationen. AI-genererede journaludkast anvendes udelukkende som et st\u00f8ttev\u00e6rkt\u00f8j og skal gennemg\u00e5s af den professionelle konsulent, f\u00f8r de anvendes som journalnotat.<br \/><br \/>Hvis du g\u00f8r brug af en henvisning fra din sygesikringsudbyder, behandler vi ogs\u00e5 f\u00f8lgende oplysninger:<\/p><ul><li>Sygesikringsselskabet;<\/li><li>Oplysninger, der er videregivet til sygesikringen om dig og din skade, herunder CPR-nummer og helbredsoplysninger;<\/li><li>Patientjournal logget i vores app fra konsultationer med vores professionelle konsulenter.<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>Vi stiller loginmetoder fra tredjepartsapplikationer til r\u00e5dighed for appen fra Google og Apple. Hvis du bruger en af disse loginmetoder, giver du os tilladelse til at f\u00e5 adgang til visse kontooplysninger fra din Google- eller Apple-konto. Samtykket kan gives mundtligt til den professionelle konsulent, som registrerer samtykket i systemet. Du kan afvise optagelse og transskription og stadig gennemf\u00f8re konsultationen.<\/p><p><em>Juridisk forpligtelse<\/em>: Nogle gange kan vi v\u00e6re juridisk forpligtet til at behandle dine personoplysninger for at overholde vores juridiske forpligtelser.<\/p><p><em>Sundhedsfaglig behandling og journalf\u00f8ring<\/em>: N\u00e5r oplysninger behandles som led i sundhedsfaglig behandling, journalf\u00f8ring eller dokumentation af et behandlingsforl\u00f8b, kan behandlingen finde sted i henhold til reglerne om sundhedsydelser, journalf\u00f8ring og behandling af helbredsoplysninger i henhold til g\u00e6ldende lovgivning om databeskyttelse og sundhed.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p><strong>6. Vi benytter Corti ApS som teknologileverand\u00f8r til transskription og AI-underst\u00f8ttet strukturering af konsultationsdata. Corti behandler oplysninger efter vores instruks med henblik p\u00e5 at levere transskription, opsummering, strukturering og relateret teknisk funktionalitet til brug for professionelle konsulenters journalf\u00f8ring.<\/p><p>Hvis det er n\u00f8dvendigt at overf\u00f8re dine data uden for EU\/E\u00d8S for at opfylde et eller flere af form\u00e5lene, vil en s\u00e5dan overf\u00f8rsel til tredjelande kun finde sted i overensstemmelse med g\u00e6ldende databeskyttelseslovgivning og v\u00e6re baseret p\u00e5 et gyldigt retsgrundlag for overf\u00f8rsel, dvs. EU-Kommissionens standardkontraktbestemmelser eller andre relevante overf\u00f8rselsgrundlag. Hvis du \u00f8nsker at modtage en liste over overf\u00f8rsler til tredjelande, kan du benytte kontaktoplysningerne i denne fortrolighedspolitik.<\/p><p>Du kan downloade appen via en platform, der drives af en tredjepart, f.eks. F\u00f8lgelig kan brugen af appen v\u00e6re underlagt yderligere tredjeparts fortrolighedspolitikker.<\/p><p><strong>Professionelle konsulenter:<\/strong><\/p><p>Som en service tilbyder vi muligheden for at booke konsultationer med en professionel konsulent. Denne service kan benyttes ved hj\u00e6lp af en henvisning fra din sygesikringsudbyder. Sygesikringsudbyderen indhenter samtykke til databehandlingsaktiviteterne, herunder udveksling af personoplysninger med os og vores professionelle konsulenter.<\/p><p>Injurymap kan ogs\u00e5 indberette epikriserne til sygesikringsudbyderen. Dette kan kun ske med dit udtrykkelige samtykke. Sygesikringsudbyderen er ansvarlig for at indhente dit samtykke til indberetning af epikrisen.<\/p><p>Disse konsulenter fungerer som dataansvarlige, og vi som deres databehandlere ved at give konsulenterne adgang til vores app-data, s\u00e5 de kan f\u00e5 adgang til brugerdata, hvilket er n\u00f8dvendigt for at sikre effektive og relevante konsultationer. Dette kan ogs\u00e5 omfatte adgang til transskriptioner og udkast til journaler, hvis der er givet samtykke til optagelse og transskription af konsultationen.<\/p><p><strong>Personale hos forretningspartnere (f.eks. sundhedsforsikringsselskaber):<\/strong><\/p><p>Hvis du er blevet henvist til at bruge vores tjenester af sundhedspersonale eller gennem dit sundhedsforsikringsselskab, kan vi dele relevante brugerdata med udvalgt personale hos disse forretningspartnere. Deling af data er strengt begr\u00e6nset til at underst\u00f8tte og forbedre dit patientforl\u00f8b og brugen af appen. Transskriptioner og journalnotater, der indg\u00e5r i patientjournalen, opbevares i henhold til de regler og slettefrister, der g\u00e6lder for patientjournaler og \u00f8vrige helbredsoplysninger.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p><strong>8.
