H\u00e6lsporer refererer til kalsiumavleiringer p\u00e5 h\u00e6lbenet, noe som f\u00f8rer til at det dannes sm\u00e5 benete fremspring eller \"sporer\" p\u00e5 undersiden av h\u00e6lbenet. <\/p>\n<p>Dette kan vises p\u00e5 r\u00f8ntgenbilder hos pasienter som lider av fot- og h\u00e6lsmerter. Men i mange tilfeller er det ikke sikkert at de er \u00e5rsaken til smertene.
